Kathryn Cheng – Product Development Advisor

Kathryn is the Senior Vice President of Platform Innovation at Citi FinTech. She currently leads the innovation and growth efforts at Citi and has built new platforms to scale that expands Citi’s traditional footprint across the globe. Previously, Kathryn worked at American Express, NBC Universal and Disney. Kathryn has lived in the US longer than her native Hong Kong and enjoys the challenge of balancing not only these two distinct cultures but many more through extensive travels. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Kathryn exuberantly exploring the far corners of the world.

Judi Jordan – Finance Adviser

Judi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has also earned a Master’s in Business Administration. With over forty years’ experience in human services administration, she has overseen the financial operations of programs in varied settings in healthcare, non-government and government organizations. In addition to running a successful financial consulting practice with medical providers, she has most recently administered over $300 million of government contracts. These contracts included traditional purchase of services agreements as well as pay-for-performance and social impact investment projects. Judi worked with Peace At Home founder, Ruth Freeman, more than 30 years ago to bring parenting skills to teen mothers and retains a deep commitment to supporting families to raise healthy, happy kids.

Gregory Lewis – Business Development Adviser

Greg is a Detroit native and graduate of Harvard University who, immediately upon graduation, journeyed across America. Since then he’s traveled and lived in many states, while accumulating extensive experience in sales, commercial real estate, operating his own computer-related companies, and managing university and governmental training programs in Hawaii, Massachusetts, Texas and Connecticut. Currently, as an Advisor with the Connecticut Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Greg focuses on advising technology companies at the UCONN Technology Incubation Program locations as well as a wide array of companies stretching from New London to Mansfield, CT

Adam Miller – Sales Adviser

Adam’s expertise in helping businesses grow stems from working with some of the largest media clients, scaling publishers and ad-tech companies, and acting as the COO of a New York based wellness brand. Born in South Louisiana, Adam has spent over a decade in New York as a marketing executive working in leadership roles at both start up and large companies. Adam has worked as a strategist across several fortune 500 companies, winning awards by creating first to market ideas that sought to disrupt the digital landscape. Adam later moved into digital publishing as business development executive. He went on to leverage this experience to launch Quantcast’s first audience measurement platform focused on partnering with digital publishing companies. Most recently, Adam began his work as COO of Vinoyasa, a health and wellness franchise. Beyond his professional life, Adam is involved in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization, both in fundraising and as a big brother for over 6 years.

Rebecca Norris-Weyers, MA – User Experience Adviser

Rebecca is Director of Audience Research in The New York Times newsroom, where she works with editors to tackle complex questions related to coverage, and builds digital products that fulfill readers' unmet emotional and functional news needs. As our User Research & Strategy Adviser, Rebecca brings her UX, market research, product development, and human-centered design skills to Peace At Home Parenting. Formerly, she worked at Kantar TNS Cambodia, where she led their Qualitative Research department working across both social policy, and domestic and international research. She earned her bachelors and master’s degree in Journalism and Strategic Communication, from the Missouri School of Journalism. Striving to be a role model to her toddler, Rebecca believes that better parenting and education is at the root of solving many of society's social and economic issues.

Jean Stratton – Organization and Planning Adviser

Jean has over forty years of experience in health promotion and wellness having worked in the public health and health insurance sectors. Her expertise includes account management, project management, program implementation and evaluation in healthcare. Jean implemented disease management programs for thirteen health plans, nationally. In addition, she launched wellness programs for employer groups with greater than 5,000 employees. Jean took her first parenting class with Ruth Freeman over 15 years ago and has followed her guidance ever since. She feels passionate about the work that Peace at Home offers.

Timothy N. Taylor – Investor Relations Adviser

Tim is former CEO and president of Laird Norton Company, established in 1855 and one of this country’s few seven generation family held companies, with investments in building materials, real estate, private equity and financial services. He served as CEO of Ecohaus a building materials retailer supplying sustainable building and finish materials in the Pacific Northwest. Tim and his wife, Billie Taylor, manage the magnificent Corazon Retreat Center in Sayulita, Mexico that offers small life changing retreats at the edge of the Pacific Ocean.
