Can I get a certificate or other proof that I took an online parenting class?

You may email us before or after the class at Solutions@peaceathomeparenting.com to request the certificate. Please share your full name, name of the class, and the date you attended the live class or listened to the recording. We will then email the certificate of participation to you.


What is a 1:1 Consulting Session and how does it work?

Sometimes we are faced with troubling issues or persistent challenges with our kids. Help from a professional can often prevent further escalation of problems. Peace At Home Parenting teachers are available to provide targeted online, Private 1:1 Consulting Sessions to help you find solutions. Parents report that one session is enough to address most issues.


Are Peace At Home experts licensed?

Our exceptional team of experts are passionate about helping children thrive by supporting parents. They all hold advanced degrees including several doctorates and licensed clinicians. Peace At Home teachers deliver parenting strategies based on research and child development principles. Peace At Home is the only program in the country where parents gain direct access to experts through Live Classes, Private 1:1 Consulting, and our private, monitored Facebook group. All of these approaches include opportunities to ask questions and get answers on the spot.

Do I need to download Zoom?

To participate in one of our Zoom webinars you do not need to download plugins, software or be signed in to a Zoom account.


What if I run into technical difficulties?

All of our Live, Online Classes and Q&A Sessions are hosted through Zoom. If you are not familiar with Zoom, you can read this article to learn more about joining a training. All of our classes include tech support staff so during class you can send a chat to get help. If you are having difficulties joining a class, please call us at +1-860-775-5108.


Are recordings of classes available even if I didn’t register?

All our Live Interactive Classes are recorded and available for purchase. Visit the Catalog Page to view a full list of available recordings. When you purchase a recording, you will receive the recording and handouts that you can refer back to or share. You will also be invited to attend our free monthly Q&A Sessions and join our private Facebook group.


What if I sign up for a class and then can’t attend?

Users who register for a Live Class also get the class recording and handout at no additional cost. Each registrant receives a class follow-up email with a link to materials, which can be accessed by logging into your Peace at Home Parenting account.


What if I have questions after class?

Peace at Home Parenting guidance does not stop when your Live Cass is over.
First, you are invited to join our private, monitored Facebook group. There, you will have unlimited access to our team of parenting experts who will share tips and answer parent questions. This Facebook community is also a place to connect with other caring parents, like you as well as other professionals who participate in this Peace At Home group. We welcome you to share challenges, celebrate successes, and learn as other parents share their journey.

You are also invited to our free monthly Q&A Sessions. During these sessions, you can bring your parenting questions and concerns for on-the-spot answers and guidance.

If you are looking for more one-on-one support, we offer 1:1 Private Consulting with any of our teachers.


What is the difference between a Live Class, Recorded Class, Facebook Live and Quick Video Solutions Library?

Quick Video Solution Libraries, Watch or just listen to experts who get right to the point. Libraries are organized by age category and include multiple topics with proven, easy-to-use strategies that solve big and small challenges. Each topic includes a 15 minute video and handouts which you can refer to as often as you need ($97 per Library). Find Libraries in your Course Catalog

Live Class Schedule: Each month, our Live Calendar covers prenatal to young adult topics and always includes parenting essentials, to make sure you get some self-care, too. Join engaging, interactive online classes, offered at lunchtime and evenings, Monday through Friday. Connect with experts and parents to learn, share and get answers. Don’t worry if you miss a class, every live class is recorded and available in the Catalog with helpful handouts ($27 per class).

Facebook Live events are recorded and added to the Course Catalog and are free of charge.


How much do the Quick Video Solutions Libraries cost?

The cost of one Quick Video Solution Library is $57. Watch or just listen to experts who get right to the point. You have questions and we have new insights and answers. Each Library includes videos (15 minutes) and handouts with proven, easy-to-use strategies that solve big and small challenges.


What do online classes cost? Is financial aid available?

Our live and recorded classes are $27 each. Your company, school or town may have a subscription which allows you to take any course for free. Let us know the name(s) of your town or company and we can take a look (email us at Solutions@Peaceathomeparenting.com)

Once you register, even if you miss the live class, you’ll receive the class recording and all handouts.
